I think that Cho In must be illegitimate, because when Seon Woo's mother walks in on them she is mean to Cho In then her conversation with Seon Woo implies that Cho In is the father's favorite. Apparently he has some complications but everything works out. Then Cho In begins the same surgery on a man in the next operating room. We then see Seon Woo in the middle of brain surgery while being watched by other doctors, nurses, and journalists from an observation room. I'm giving this episode a 10 for that alone.
